PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

At Hairbitue Salon we pride ourselves in our customer service and the exceptional quality of our work. We make every attempt to ensure all customers are satisfied with the services provided. But we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected or desired results can be miscommunicated. We apologise for your dissatisfaction and will take full responsibility to  make any possible adjustments to your satisfaction. Should you require any adjustments, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours of your original service. We will be happy to make any minor adjustment free of charge.

All services provided are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

  1. The corrective service does not cover a change in the style or service initially requested.
  2. Any redo requests made after 7 days from the original service date will be under the discretion of management’s approval. Full-service price applies after two weeks.
  3. Hairbitue Salon will not be liable nor offer corrective services for hair colour that has been done outside of our salon.

Unopened merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase; with a receipt, for exchange, or full refund in Salon credit only.

Your appointments are very important to our team at Hairbitue Salon. Time allotted for an appointment is reserved specifically for you to enjoy your services. We do understand that sometimes unavoidable situations arise and schedule adjustments are necessary. We will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. However, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice to adjust or reschedule your appointments.

When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving a 24-hour notice, your stylist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, your deposit will be forfeited.

If a guest no-shows 2 times they will be placed on the restricted guest list, which means they can come in on a walk-in basis only.

We will always do everything possible to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, emergencies come up! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their next clients. We generally allow a 20 minute grace period. After that time, your deposit will be forfeited. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible

Online appointments are not valid for promotional services. For booking of promotional services, please WhatsApp us. For last-minute or same-day appointments, please call the salon outlet number @6441 3305 (Bedok), @6994 1635 (CityGate).

We do not accept appointments for non-chemical services such as cut, wash, styling etc. Please walk-in. You may call the salon outlet 30 minutes before heading down to avoid the crowd.
